Our Maintenance Department carry out a complete reactive and planned maintenance service in and around London 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our duties at these properties vary from minor to major everyday maintenance such as communal boiler repairs and services to redecoration works. We also carry out gutter clearance, window cleaning and bulb changes.
